What are credits used for?
Credits cover the live actions listed in the credit guide, including social text, images, blog articles, Visual Identity analysis and sent review replies.
When do subscription credits renew?
Subscription credits reset when Stripe confirms the paid invoice.
How do top-up credits work?
Top-up credits are one-off bonus credits. They do not expire and are used after subscription credits.
What happens if an AI action fails?
For eligible failed or refused actions, reserved credits are returned according to that action’s credit rules. This applies to RankTalon credits, not refunds of a Stripe payment.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Authenticated customers can manage their subscription from the RankTalon Wallet through the hosted Stripe customer portal.
Is payment handled securely?
Payment details are entered in hosted Stripe Checkout. Credits appear after Stripe confirms the payment.
