RANKTALON SEO AUDIT
A practical review for local business owners who want to understand visible website issues, the evidence behind each finding, and what could not be checked.
Sign in first. The audit starts only after you choose a site and submit it.
WHO IT HELPS
Use the audit to review public website pages for technical signals that can be observed from their responses and content. Findings include evidence and a suggested action, so you can check the page yourself before changing it.
WHAT IT CHECKS
Inspect HTTP responses, redirects, HTTPS, robots directives and canonical URLs for the pages the audit can retrieve.
Check page titles, meta descriptions and their canonical targets for missing, malformed or potentially unhelpful values.
Inspect link targets and JSON-LD syntax, types and selected recommended fields. Site crawls can also check linked pages for response problems.
Record headings and basic content signals, image alternative text, the declared page language and mobile viewport configuration.
PageSpeed Insights and rendered-DOM checks can be requested separately in the audit flow. PageSpeed results are external data and are shown separately from the RankTalon audit score. The page does not include Search Console query, impression or ranking data.
REPORT EXAMPLE
This fictional excerpt shows the kind of detail a report can contain. It is not a scan of a real website.
https://business.example/services/Example values are written into this page and are not customer data or audit results.
COVERAGE AND VERIFICATION
Coverage describes which evidence the audit could retrieve and check. It does not imply that every URL or every version of a page was available.
The audit retrieved a response and checked the HTML and response details it could observe.
When requested and available, a browser-rendered page can provide additional evidence beyond the initial HTML.
If rendering cannot be checked, static evidence may remain. If a page cannot be retrieved, its status is unavailable—not a pass.
A missing result means the check did not have enough evidence to confirm that area. Treat it as unknown, not as a clean result or proof that a problem exists.
