1. About RankTalon

RankTalon is operated by DROSALA LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. DROSALA LTD is registered under company number 17415220. Its nature of business (SIC) is 62012 – Business and domestic software development.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use RankTalon.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity carried out through it. You must provide accurate information and must be authorised to submit a website or connect any business account, page, location, or publishing destination.

3. Audits, AI output, and content

Website audits and AI-assisted suggestions are informational tools, not guarantees of search rankings, traffic, compliance, or business results. You are responsible for reviewing content, claims, links, images, and metadata before approving or publishing them.

Do not rely on RankTalon as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for having the rights needed to use content and media submitted to or generated through the service.

4. Connected platforms and publishing

When you connect a third-party platform, you authorise RankTalon to use the permissions shown during that connection to provide the requested service. You instruct RankTalon when to create, schedule, update, or delete content, but third-party availability, review processes, limits, and policies can affect the outcome.

You must disconnect an integration when you no longer have authority to manage it. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use RankTalon to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware or unsolicited messages, circumvent platform controls, or attempt to access another user's data. We may suspend access where needed to protect users, platforms, or the service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep RankTalon available and secure, but the service can change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may update these terms when the service or applicable law changes. The current version and update date are shown on this page.
