User Data Deletion
You can disconnect your Meta account immediately and request deletion of the information associated with your RankTalon connection.

- Open RankTalon and go to Integrations.
- Find the Facebook and Instagram integration.
- Select Disconnect and confirm the action.
This deletes the stored Meta OAuth connection, encrypted Facebook Page access tokens, Facebook Page metadata, and linked Instagram professional account metadata from the active RankTalon database.
Option 2 — Remove access from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Select RankTalon, choose Remove, and confirm.
This revokes RankTalon’s future access through your Facebook authorisation.
Option 3 — Send a complete deletion request
Visit the operator contact page. Use the subject “RankTalon data deletion” and provide the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram professional account that was connected. Do not send passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, or payment information.
After verifying that you are authorised to act for the account, we will delete or anonymise the associated data that we are not legally required to retain. We normally complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm completion through the contact details you supplied.
What may remain temporarily
Encrypted backups, fraud-prevention records, and records required by law may remain for a limited period and will not be used for marketing or publishing. Content already published to Facebook or Instagram must also be removed from the relevant platform or through its own controls.
